Give us 100 good men or women, or one good Prime Minister

Billionaires' fortunes hinder fight against poverty, says Oxfam | Society | guardian.co.uk:

Oxfam said the world's poorest could be lifted out of poverty several times over should the richest 100 billionaires give away the money they made last year.
Barbara Stocking, Oxfam's chief executive, said extreme wealth was "economically inefficient, politically corrosive, socially divisive and environmentally destructive".
She said: "We can no longer pretend that the creation of wealth for a few will inevitably benefit the many – too often the reverse is true.

This is a shocking fact of the world. We need just 100 good men or women to lift the whole world out of poverty. Wealth is concentrated in a few persons.

If we narrow our scope to a country, Singapore, we need just one good prime minister to lift the whole country out of poverty. Wealth is concentrated in the Singapore reserve and other common properties. Singapore's common wealth is enough to pay out $9,000 to every citizen every year.

If the Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong, wants, he can change the Singapore Constitution to pay citizen dividends every year. This will end poverty in Singapore.
